8 Bourke is an extension to the development at 1 Nelson, Ringwood. A laneway has been constructed along with these two sites, running parallel to Ringwood Street, to give residents and neighbours easy access to local amenities. It also enables residents of both stages to wander through the communal gardens and spaces.
Architecturally, 8 Bourke was inspired by the leafy Ringwood area and surroundings. It brings the inner city’s sleek and contemporary architecture to the suburb, but maintains a consistent look with other properties in the area by replicating the stylish large homes, including landscaping on a smaller scale.
