Mr Sean (Shujun) Li has substantial experience in property construction, development and disposition of residential real estate in Melbourne, Victoria and China. Sean has more than 14-year experience working in property development in China and Australia. Mr Li has also been managing an education business, the Chinese Culture School for around 20 years.
Mr Oliver Hu is an experienced project manager, working in residential, commercial and land subdivision since 2005. He just recently finished one of the major projects in South Yarra which contains 450 Apartments. He is fulfilling a key role across design, finance, project and construction management. His experience and attributes enable him to deliver the best results.

Mr Russell Meerkin is a property professional with over 25 year experience within the Australian market. Proudly Victorian he is passionate about sympathetic and appropriate development projects whether they be residential or commercial. He has been involved with many of Melbourne’s iconic building projects including the Block Arcade in the CBD and the Eureka Tower in Southbank. His scope of work ranges from feasibility and site selection to construction and sales and marketing.
