Groundbreaking - a happy milestone at Dux Churchill!

Future residents of Dux Churchill had good reason to celebrate at our recent Sod Turning Ceremony. For these people, it was a celebration of their future home taking shape and all the excitement that entails.

Sod turning is a significant event for any development - but especially so at Dux Churchill. It marks the beginning of construction for a thoughtfully designed community that has already drawn strong interest from local retirees.

Myles Qin, Director of Orion International Group gave a captivating speech about the organisation’s passion for creating a vibrant community built on respect, belonging and joy. “This is more than just bricks and mortar, it's about creating homes. It's about dignity, independence and community to those who have contributed so much during their lifetimes,” Myles said. 

The feeling of excitement was echoed by the buyers in attendance. "It's incredible to stand on the site of my new home. I'm so excited to begin my next chapter at Dux Churchill. It’s truly something special," said one future resident.
